  • Abstract
    A new power combiner consisting of four quarter-circle transmission line transformers is presented for realising the full integration of CMOS power amplifiers (PAs) Full-wave electromagnetic simulation confirms the scalability with size and technology of the combiner without efficiency degeneration.
