Abstract :
An exact and minute analysis of characteristics and scattering pattern of finite dipole array is presented in this paper. These features include the compensating for the mutual coupling effect between the array element, and the frequency characteristics as well as the scattering patterns of the dipole array. Furthermore the scattering property with different incident angle and array size is also discussed, and it also analyzed how the incident angle and array size affect the patterns. Scattering patterns shows a good performance of restraint of side lobe level and a good direction of main beams. The moment method is employed to obtain the characteristics
