            Abstract : 
In this paper, a novel UWB signal-generating method is proposed, which is based on the extended trigonometric function wavelet-Sinuquotient. Different from the conventional trigonometric function wavelet, the paper gives sin(omegax)/x and (1-cosomegax)/x as a novel wavelet-Sinuquotient. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the Sinuquotient, and discusses it as a new tool to deal with the UWB signal
