Abstract
An integrated optical E-field sensor with segmented electrodes using LiNbO3 Mach-Zehnder optical modulator is designed and fabricated. The package size of the fabricated sensor head is as small as 60times6times0.5 mm. The half wavelength voltage and the intrinsic phase mismatch can be received by the finite element method (FEM) and the experiment in static electric field. Therefore it can be used in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurements and the high voltage measurements
