Abstract
In the knowledge-based times, the competition of intellectual property rights is the highest form in the existence and development of high-tech enterprises. At present Chinese economy develops fast. China has become one of the most important manufacturing industry bases in the world. Product platform and technology platform are the instrumental tools for manufacturing companies to develop and produce new products in the development of modern industry. And patent, as one of core technology resources, is of utmost importance to the development of high-tech manufacturing companies. If they can be combined into patent platform, manufacturing companies will gain sustainable, leading and fast advantages of R&D during the period of time competition of technological innovation. This will become the core competence of manufacturing companies in technology strategy consequently
