Abstract
In this paper, an analysis for errors between received OFDM symbols and hypothesized constellation points is given. Then, an improved blind modulation detection algorithm based on SNR estimation is proposed for adaptive OFDM systems. Simulation shows that this algorithm has better performance over optimum maximum-likelihood (ML) and minimum error based method
