Abstract
The research work is mainly emphasized on the parameters of the triggered delay time and the triggered jitter time. By means of modern electrical and electronic technology as well as the fiber-controlled technology, the research work, including the experimental results and the TVS´s controller system design, can provide the aegis for exploitation of high-precision TVS. A novel design for controlling the TVS is proposed herein. The triggered power of the controller can be adjusted conveniently. By means of changing the triggered power, the experimental research work implies that the delay time and its scatter decrease with the increase of triggered power. Particularly, the delay time can be 2.3mus and its scatter can be 1.2mus when the triggered power is 1.6J
