            Abstract :
RFID (radiofrequency identification) is the technology where a reader automatically identifies stored data of a tag with a built-in micro chip through the radiofrequency. The relative standards of 433 MHz active RFID are ISO/IEC 15961, 15962, 18000-7. It is not efficient to communicate between a reader and a tag in the management of active RFID tag memory maps defined by ISO/IEC 15961 and 15962. In this paper, to address efficiency concerns, we present an active RFID reader software design to improve the time and transmission rating of the ISO/IEC 18000-7 commands using the cached memory map within a active RFID reader. We also modified some fields of the ISO/IEC 18000-7 standard to address the cache coherency issue when using multiple readers, and we implemented this design and analyzed efficiency through experiment.
