Abstract :
This paper proposes a mechanism that can use multiple interfaces of mobile nodes simultaneously to support reliable accessibility and vertical handover. Concretely, we should propose the extended multiple home address registration mechanism that is handling the multiple home addresses like the care-of address. By this registration mechanism, it is possible to increase accessibility to keep the communication session regardless of using any interface and to support vertical handover using the home address being allocated in each interface.
