Abstract :
In this paper, a RFID-based food security supervision system is proposed. Using UHF RFID, we can supervise and control the food flow through the information flow and can deal with the food security problems timely. Unlike traditional methods, we do not treat each part of the supply chain equally. Instead, some essential parts are emphasized. In this research, we present several new elements in the RFID system, the IDParser of the RFID middleware, the RFID simulator, etc.
