Abstract :
The traffic measurement and monitoring are required to guarantee a QoS in BcN (broadband convergence network) environment. According to the increment of real-time service provision, traffic measurement is needed for real-time service in internetworking between different network service providers. Especially, it is an important issue that service problem break out in which network if an obstacle to service occurs in using real-time service (e.g. video conference). For this, we propose a method of traffic measurement using RTCP to measure network delay for real-time service in each network. Also with this method, we can detect and define which network has created a problem.
