Abstract
With this project we propose an approach on the concept of crisis and we try to "transform the crisis in a value". Naturally this means that our approach may be seen as a planning method. In fact, our perspective is that we need a confront with the crisis instead of the exclusion of it. Through the information technology (IT), is possible to process some elements of crisis and transform them in a virtuous combination of resources and opportunities. Inside the urban space we have focused on three crisis elements: 1) the continue exposure to the artificial light which derives from our overstaying into enclosed space; 2) the air pollution; 3) the urban noise. Carrying structure of urban conditioning is a composite material, with aluminium honeycomb core. Extremely rigid and resistant once finished, it results simple to shape in phase of realization. Some hexagonal cells of the structure are open and in this way they allow IT modules insertion. The wirings are lodged in a longitudinal pylon that supports the composite material structure
