  • Abstract
Talents cultivating and employment obtaining promote each other and are conflictive. The model of talents cultivating shows that the extensive scale of talents cultivating forms a good condition for resolving the employment problem, but it also makes the competitive pressure of employment worse. During the period of seeking jobs, the game between the association of job seekers and enterprise doesn´t make their utility maximal. The competition and Pareto optimality maybe contrary, only cooperation can be a valid path to improve the both competitive parties´ profits.
