            Abstract :
As develops in deep sub-micron designs, the transmission-line becomes much more serious. Especially, the coupling inductance cannot be ignored in gigahertz designs. How to model, analyze, and predict of the transmission-line is much more difficult through Pspice. The article gives a way to model and analysis effect of the transmission-line in the circuit using VHDL-AMS. Through the transmission-line behavioral modeling and analyzing, we can be easy to analysis the effect of the transmission-line and correct to cope with the effect of the transmission-line. The article also extends the VHDL-AMS function to how to model the partial differential equations that the VHDL-AMS does not support directly
