Abstract :
In this paper, we study the multiscale design of multirate sampled-data control system. Based on lifting which groups the serial signal into the parallel signal, the idea of multiscale design is proposed and can be used for spacecraft design. The state space model of the system is given under the multiscale framework. The key contribution is to prove the equivalence of optimal generalized H2 measure between the method in this paper and the one in (L. Qiu and T. Chen, 1994) when the feedback information is entirely transformed under the multiscale framework
