Abstract :
Component-based approach is an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of software development. This paper discuss component-based approach to develop an integrated diagnostic platform which in fact is a software system and has the ability of both applications development and application implementing, by which the user can develop the diagnostic application software from a higher level of abstraction rather than from scratch.
