Abstract :
Evaluating and selecting high-tech program is the most important for the investment company. This paper establishes the multi-targets evaluation system, which based on rough set theory. This paper analyses the evaluation data of the high-tech program, in order to find the important and primary parameters. According to reduction of rough set, we design and implement a reduction algorithm named pruning method. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the method proposed.
