Abstract :
In this article, the formation of static negative differential conductance (NDC) under simultaneous electron gas heating by high-frequency (HF) and static electric fields is studied. As in this case, the heating electromagnetic wave has a pronounced effect on appearance of NDC caused by the overheating mechanisms and on the type of the static current-voltage characteristic (CVC), as a whole.
