Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce a coupling matrix extracting method and discuss its application in the design of a superconducting filter with self-equalization. And the filter was fabricated using double-sided YBCO films on a 2 in diameter, 0.5 mm thick MgO substrate. The measured result show good performances. The group delay variation is less than 50 ns over 89% of the filter bandwidth.
