Abstract
The experimental study of the features of the polarization-spectral structure of the signals scattered from the sea surface, hydrometeors, lots covered of flora and above - sea objects allowed to ascertain that for the acquiring signals of the object the appreciably high level of the correlation at orthogonal polarizations than for the noise is typical. This condition could be used for the indication of the low-speed objects against a background of lots covered of flora. Since the signal scattered from the object at the polarization orthogonal to the transmitted partially coherent to the signal at the matched polarization, the latter could be used as reference for the realization narrow-band tracking of the orthogonally polarized signal component.
