  • Abstract
    We present a nano-electromechanical optoelectronic tunable VCSEL utilizing a mobile and super-thin single-layer high-index-contrast subwavelength grating. Ultra-low threshold and single mode emission laser with continuous wavelength tuning range ~18 nm and ultra-fast tuning speed ~150 ns was experimentally obtained.
