Abstract :
Based on the complex system theory, this paper analyzes and builds the model of business origin. The model is simulated by Swarm software. In the chaotic economic system, as a founder attractor, the reason of single agent´s motivation and mechanism to build business is given and the congregation of complex system is proven as well.
