Abstract :
Shutter mechanism is a voluntary manner for temperature control, which is used in XX secondary satellite. The paper focuses on the study of control characteristic of shutter mechanism. In terms of the noumenal structure of the driving component of shutter mechanism - two-phase hybrid stepping motor, and deduces its voltage-current equation and rotor dynamics equation. And thus the paper builds the simulation control model based on MATLAB/SIMULINK and introduces the colligated emendation method including angle feedback and speed feedback, to improve the simulation control model of the shutter system. The simulation result indicates that the static error of stepping motor that uses open loop control is very small. It satisfies the general project request. The response time of the open-loop control system and closed-loop control system is nearly equal, the maximal response time is 0.142 second. With the different rotational speeds of the stepping motor, the open-loop control system error is about 0.028 degree, the closed-loop control system error is about 9.89e-004 degree.
