Abstract :
The possibility distribution of a fuzzy variable may be left continuous or right continuous, however, the possibility distribution of function of the variable may be neither left continuous nor right continuous. In this paper, after giving some properties of the possibility distribution of function of fuzzy variable, we establish the sufficient and necessary conditions for the right continuity and left continuity of possibility distribution of function of fuzzy variable.
