            Abstract : 
A scheme of fuzzy sliding mode control for uncertain nonlinear system is proposed. A combining switching surfaces is introduced to ensure the states always lie on the switching surfaces while they are approaching zero states. Moreover, a controller of two dimensions based on fuzzy logic is added to equivalent control in order to reduce the disturbance and eliminate the chattering. The controller is easy to realize and its structure is simple. The scheme ensures the states always lie on the switching surfaces and makes the system is strong global robustness. The results of simulation show it is effective.
