  • Abstract
    Are healthcare consultants ready to exploit the benefits from the networking of medical devices? The issues encountered on three different clinical engineering projects are presented and the reasons for their success or failure are discussed. Recommendations are made on how to improve the likelihood that the networking of medical devices will bring improvements in patient care.
