Abstract :
In the light of the case-based decision theory (CBDT), this paper proposes that the attributes´ weights corresponding to different acts should also be different. Based on this idea, the concept of case similarity with alterable weights is put forward, a decision-making method introduced, and optimization model for weights setting presented. Meanwhile, this method is applied to the case of examining vehicles´ technical state under accident, and it proves effective.
