Abstract :
The necessity of formalized modeling for Web-based collaborative negotiation systems is analyzed by referring to the negotiation activity process. Through the expansion of the classical colored Petri net with the connotation of negotiation activities and the classification of the elements concerning the negotiation activities according to the individualities, a formalized dynamic modeling method for Web-based collaborative negotiation system based on our BN_CPN is put forward. It can serve as the theoretical guide for designing and developing Web-based collaborative negotiation systems.
