Abstract :
The paper presents a nonlinear L2 robust control method for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) drive system. Firstly, the nonlinear mathematical model of the motor is set up, and then a L2 robust controller is given by properly defined storage functions which are designed by back-stepping method. Furthermore, the L2 robust controller is shown to achieve the disturbance attenuation and the asymptotic stability based on the controller. Simulation analysis is processed. Simulation results show the system with the L2 robust controller can guarantee the good disturbance attenuation as well as the tracks of input signal, and can finally enhance control requirement for high-performance servo system.
