Abstract :
This paper introduces that in the move-mode processing of traditional numerically controlled machine, friction exists between the moving parts and the still guide rail. So we propose a brand-new method to eliminate the friction by utilizing the magnetic suspension linear motor. Experimental result indicates that non-friction control can be achieved, and under the action of a moving object can conduct fast precision orientation.
