Abstract :
Meeting with high efficiency permanent magnet motor developing, a hybrid algorithm of PSO (particle swarm optimization) and chaos is proposed to solve magnet optimization problems. It is used the fast convergence of PSO and ergodicity, randomicity, and regularity of chaotic motion in the spinning motor magnet optimization, and validated by practice application. The designed motors have carried out factory examination and energy saving compare test. The test results shown that the designed machine greatly improve the power efficiency than asynchronous motor in the same conditions and can maintain highly energy saving efficiency in a wide output power scope. The test results are satisfied and energy saving meet the design target.
