Abstract :
On the basis of analyzing the mathematic model of high-frequency voltage excited permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a novel design method for the rotor saliency- tracking based position sensorless control of the PMSM was suggested. The three dimensional electro-magnetic analysis model and the sensorless control system model based on the rotor field oriented control strategy were established to achieve the joint- simulation analysis by means of field-circuit coupled method. The simulation results can accurately reflect the coupling characteristics between motor and control system and the sensorless operation performance. Experimental system was established and the tested result corresponded with the simulation result very well, which indicated the validity and practicability of the proposed design method.
