Abstract :
A dynamic grid-connected photovoltaic system with storage batteries has the characteristics of dynamic, time-varying, random and indetermination. A Markov chain model of the load demand power was built based on Markov decision theory according to the 6kW PV system operating data. The object function of the battery discharge power and one step transition matrix of the load demand power have been obtained After considering the conditions of the dynamic grid-connected photovoltaic system, an optimal control method of the adaptive power distribute was directly computed. The results show the model and algorithm are correct and effective.
