Abstract :
In biological systems, computation has different meanings. For example, in protein reactions, the morphological property of the components could have important roles. Information is embedded in the structure, so it is difficult to bring it out independently from its constitution. In this study, we focused on a cellular system for discussing morphological computation that may be observed in biological systems. We developed an abstract cell structure that exhibits chemotactic behavior.
