Abstract :
Stamped antenna is not a new technology for antenna. The main advantage is the low cost and the possibility to put them automatically on a PCB with a pick and place system. In this paper we propose a stamped antenna at 5.8 GHz. At this frequency, the challenge is to keep good performance taking into account the precision of the stamping and the fact that the antenna should be stable to be put automatically on a PCB.
