Abstract :
The paper deals with the fractal microstrip patch antennas with specific properties based on special fractal geometrical modifications. Description of physical behavior via surface current distribution is discussed. Different modal analysis approaches (cavity model and the theory of characteristic modes) as well as full-wave EM tools have been used for the simulations.
