Abstract
The atmosphere significantly limits the performance of millimetre-wave and terahertz systems. The aim of this paper is to introduce a development and an improvement of Fabry-Perot resonator utilized especially for gas attenuation measurements. The measurement setup and results from simulations and laboratory measurements performed via Fabry-Perot resonator are discussed as well.
