Abstract :
A propagation measurements campaigns at 593 MHz are being performed in a dense urban area in Brazil, prior to the deployment of digital TV systems. Measurements of propagation loss obtained from this experiment are compared with predictions using the ITU-R Recommendation P. 1546-2 method. Measured multipath time delay profiles for LOS and NLOS reception are also presented.
