  • Abstract
    The WINNER channel model is a generic model, whose scenario-specific parameters are determined from extensive wideband MIMO radio-channel measurement campaigns and results found in the open literature. This paper presents the model development during the second phase of IST- WINNER project: the model extensions toward new environments and newly supported features compromising between complexity and realism.
