Abstract
Coupling problems consisting of conformal structures radiating in the presence of complex environments pose many challenging problems to the engineer. The multilayer lossy characteristics of human body environment and the surface/creeping wave coupling that can exist in mounted co-site antennas has become of increasing interest for these systems. It is the purpose of this paper to investigate such characteristics by means of numerically efficient techniques.
