Domain specific question answering technique for accessing information on mobile phone

Looking at the ways which people access information from remote sources today in the world of information technology and communication, we can look for opportunities to use better method and user interfaces to assist them. In the world of mobile revolution information access should be made available at anywhere anytime. Accessing internet on mobile is limited in use due to many restrictions of small devices. Short message service which is easier, faster, reliable and available in all networks can be used as a method of communication with the server to facilitate information access on mobile phone by combining it with powerful method like Question Answering. This paper discusses issues in development of such an application for Mobile which access information from remote database.
