Study on the Knowledge Visualization and Creation Supported Kmap Platform

With the development of knowledge management, knowledge now becomes the key competitiveness of enterprises and organizations, how to do knowledge acquisition and creation efficiently becomes very important. Considering that most knowledge is implicit, based on the SECI knowledge transformation model, utilizes knowledge visualization technology, we developed a platform which supports acquisition of explicit knowledge, and helps to externalize implicit knowledge to explicit "new knowledge", and takes knowledge map as the carrier to encourage knowledge delivery, sharing and creation, so to improve the key competitiveness of enterprises and organizations.
