Abstract :
All type of traditional manufacturers has to needed establishing a real time data collection from production resources including 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method) and optimal control based on key performance indication such as QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) factors. This paper explain about u-Manufacturing model using a emerging technologies of RFID/USN, mobile and Internet for how it works and its application system including u-Manufacturing gateway called M2M (Machine to Machine) implementation methodology based 4 Zero (Zero Waiting-time, Zero Inventory, Zero Down-time and Zero Defect) approaches and industry benchmarking factors for global located manufacturing.
