Abstract
The rapid advancement in information technology has evoked a challenge for information system (IS) community is how to effectively meet users\´ expectations. However, there are countless systems are never used to their full potential in organizations, simply remaining "unexplored, rejected, or forgotten". The low usage of installed systems has been identified as a major factor for lackluster returns from organizational investments in information technology (IT). Past IS research largely conduct IS usage is mainly determined by intention and there is considerable research indicate that intention to perform a behavior predicts actual behavior. Since many behaviors in organizations particularly those related to IS are required, for example, the measure intention use of IS is meaningless. Thus, intent to use is not appropriate determinants drivers of IS usage because employees must use the system to perform their job functions or certain systems may be required to use for some tasks. Therefore, it is important to understand how people decide whether they will use some particular IS. In this study, we use qualitative study to draw out IS users\´ mindmap what are they want when using IS. There are some important findings and implications are discussed.
