Abstract :
This paper proposes handover mechanism to support terminal mobility for IPTV services in wireless network environment. The proposed algorithm improves service disruption using SIP signaling and dual interfaces of mobile terminal. Then, we discuss how to deploy overall system for seamless IPTV service.
