Abstract :
In the paper, the advanced Hinfin optimization control theory is applied to a new type principal-auxiliary arc-suppression coil (ASC) based on active filter technology. The Hinfin standard control block diagram and the state space expression of model matching system are given. The auxiliary ASC composes of a single-phase shunt voltage source inverter (VSI), which produces little harmonics and automatically compensates the grounding capacity current with rapid response in a wide range. A continuous time Hinfin, controller is designed which achieves all performances and robustness properties required. Then an effective 7th order discrete regulator is derived from the continuous one, and being used for DSP main controller. The results of the 10 kV physical simulation experiments prove the validity of our approach.
