Abstract :
By using the semi-classical density matrix theory, the pulse-laser pumped D2O gas THz laser was calculated numerically by iteration method and analyzed. According to the result, the THz radiation output spectral characteristic curves were obtained, and the relation between the intensity of pumping laser and the output Tera-Hz laser was studied.
