Abstract
A control structure is proposed to implement a sensorless speed control driving system with induction machine. The rotor speed is estimated by a model reference adaptive system based algorithm with information from stator variables fundamentals (voltages and currents). Influence of machine parameter sensitivity and low speed estimation errors are discussed. Computer simulated results are presented to validate the proposed sensorless control driving system.
