  • Abstract
    In this presentation we discuss the extension of Mie scattering models of planar optical ASICS to allow for 3D effects. The use of genetic algorithms for optimised design demands fast solvers and therefore the emphasis is on computational efficiency as well as providing sufficient accuracy.
