Abstract :
New methods of the solution of inverse problems of electromagnetic scattering are considered for layered media with imbedded 3D inhomogeneous structures. The retrieval of the structure of media parameters is based on the solution of 3D integral equations of the perturbation theory that are reduced to convolution equations with respect to lateral co-ordinates using the plane wavespsila decomposition of Green functions. Possibilities of resultpsilas applications to media coherent scanning tomography are considered and results of numerical simulation are presented.
